Business Development Executive

LINKITSOFT is looking for a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team. An ideal candidate would have good English fluency and the ability to carry out a conversation with a target-oriented approach. We're looking for individuals with a background in cold calling and email marketing who are passionate about driving sales and exceeding targets.

Responsibilities:

• Execute outbound calls and email campaigns to prospective clients, promoting and selling software solutions.
• Utilize your expertise in cold calling and email marketing to generate leads and nurture relationships with potential customers.
• Understand client requirements and effectively communicate the value of our software offerings.

REQUIRMENTS:

• Proficiency in English Speaking
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in scrapping leads via various channels and make discovery calls to qualify prospects as leads.
• Theoretical knowledge of sales funnel, 7C's of communication, sales pipeline management, Sales/marketing lead qualification (MQL/SQL), Outreach channels and management
• Must be dependable and a team player.
• At least 1 year of experience in the BPO industry with a focus on telemarketing and email marketing for software sales.
• Proficiency in cold calling techniques and email marketing strategies.
• Strong negotiation abilities and persuasive communication style.
