Business Development Assistant (Upwork Bidding + Linkedin & Email Outreach)

We are looking for a skilled Business Development Assistant to help expand our video production agency. The role involves daily Upwork bidding, LinkedIn outreach, and email marketing to bring in new clients for video editing, video ads, animated explainers, and corporate video projects. We will provide basic training on our workflow, but prior experience with LinkedIn outreach and email marketing—with provable results—is required.

Work Arrangement:

> Remote / Work From Home for now.

> Must be willing to relocate to our office when required (advance notice will be given).

Responsibilities:

> Daily bidding on Upwork for all types of video-related projects.

> Writing short, personalized proposals using the structure and templates we provide.

> LinkedIn outreach: researching qualified leads, sending connection requests, personalized messaging, and consistent follow-ups.

> Email outreach: researching leads, sending targeted emails, managing replies, and running follow-up sequences.

> Maintaining a tracking sheet for all bids, leads, outreach, and follow-up activity.

> Submitting a daily summary of completed tasks.

What We Provide:

> Basic training on our proposal style, target client profiles, and outreach workflows.

> Proposal templates and messaging scripts.

> A clear and structured system for reporting and lead management.

Working Hours:

> 8 hours per day, Monday to Saturday (full-time).

Compensation:

> Monthly fixed salary.

> Performance-based bonuses for converting leads into paying clients.
