Job Description
1. Core Recruitment Execution
1. Undertake end-to-end recruitment processes, including staffing requirement alignment, channel development (local recruitment platforms/social media), resume screening, interview organization and offer follow-up to ensure timely talent replenishment for vacancies.
2. Establish candidate talent pools, maintain recruitment channel relationships, optimize recruitment processes, and improve recruitment efficiency and quality.
2. Recruitment System Establishment & Optimization
1. Clarify position qualifications, improve recruitment scripts and interview evaluation criteria to adapt to local talent market characteristics.
2. Collect and analyze recruitment data (such as onboarding rate, recruitment cycle), compile recruitment review reports, and iterate recruitment strategies.
3. Talent Relationship & Compliance Management
1. Coordinate with selected candidates to complete onboarding procedures, assist with team integration, and reduce probationary turnover rate.
2. Ensure the entire recruitment process complies with Pakistan's labor laws and regulations to avoid employment compliance risks.
4. Cross-Departmental Collaboration & Support
1. Collaborate with business departments to clarify staffing needs, update recruitment progress, and provide professional talent recruitment support.
2. Assist the team in preparing recruitment-related materials and conducting basic employer brand building.
Requirements & Skills
• At least 2 years of recruitment experience, with priority given to those with experience in the entertainment or media industry.
• In-depth understanding of recruitment best practices and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms for candidate sourcing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
