Requirements & Skills

Make outbound calls to US customers for sales and lead-generation campaigns
Clearly communicate product/service features and handle customer objections
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs
Maintain call logs and update CRM with accurate customer information
Follow scripts and telesales guidelines to ensure quality standards
Build a positive rapport with customers and deliver excellent service
Collaborate with team leads to improve performance and call techniques
Participate in training sessions to improve sales pitch, communication, and product knowledge
Report daily progress to the supervisor or team leader
