Requirements

Excellent communication skills.

Minimum 1 year Contact Center Experience is mandatory. However, fresh candidates can also apply if they have fluent English or strong communication skills.

Ability to handle high call volume

- Proven sales experience in telecommunications or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts.
- Familiarity with telecom products and services.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
