About the Role
TS Exhibit Lab is a United States based trade show booth rental company specializing in 10×10, 10×20, and 20×20 custom modular exhibit booths. We are expanding our sales operations and looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate leads, qualify prospects, and help grow our client base nationwide.
This is a results-driven outbound role. You will be contacting companies that are exhibiting at major U.S. trade shows and introducing them to our booth rental services.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through outbound emails, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling
Contact exhibitors from published trade show lists (training provided)
Qualify leads based on budget, booth size, and show date
Set appointments and hand off qualified leads to the sales manager
Maintain CRM records and follow up with warm prospects
Send initial quotes and product materials to potential clients
Achieve weekly quotas for calls, emails, and booked appointments
Work closely with management to optimize scripts, messaging, and targeting
Daily Tasks
40–60 outbound calls to exhibitors
150–300 outbound emails (templates provided)
20–30 LinkedIn connection requests
Enter leads into CRM
Follow up every 48 hours with warm prospects
Prepare simple quotes using templates
Requirements
Excellent English communication skills (spoken + written)
Experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, appointment setting, or SDR work
Comfortable making international calls and speaking with U.S. clients
Strong follow-up discipline and ability to meet weekly KPIs
Laptop, stable internet, and a headset
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience working with U.S. based companies
Experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, or marketing agency sales
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
