Position Overview
We are seeking a highly professional and results-driven Sales Frontliner to support the growth of our digital services division. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our full suite of digital solutions including web design, web development, graphic design, content creation, and website maintenance.
This is a dedicated sales role. The candidate will not be required to perform any design or development tasks. The primary focus will be on client engagement, solution presentation, and revenue generation. Candidates must demonstrate a proven ability to achieve a minimum of $3,000 in monthly sales and possess at least six months of relevant sales experience
Requirements & Skills
Key Responsibilities Sales & Client Acquisition
• Serve as the initial point of contact for prospective clients.
• Present and articulate the value of the company’s digital service offerings.
• Conduct structured sales consultations and needs assessments.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets of $3,000+.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of all interactions and pipeline activity.
Client Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Provide accurate information regarding service timelines and handover processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding after a sale.
• Respond to inquiries professionally and in a timely manner.
Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum 6 months of sales experience (digital or tech industry preferred).
• Proven track record achieving $3,000+ in monthly sales.
• Strong understanding of digital services: web design, development, branding, content creation, and maintenance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical services clearly to clients.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
