Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
- Monitor and audit company practices to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Conduct training sessions for employees on compliance-related topics.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and manage compliance-related communications.
- Prepare compliance reports and presentations for management.
- Investigate and address compliance concerns and discrepancies.
