Job Description

We are seeking a customer-focused and organized Appointment Setter to join our call center team in Lahore. In this role, you will handle outbound calls to schedule, confirm, and update appointments, ensuring an efficient process that supports both excellent customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to schedule, confirm or reschedule appointments with customers.

Accurately record and update appointment information in the scheduling system.

Coordinate with internal departments and field teams to confirm availability and scheduling details.

Maintain performance and quality standards set by management.

Deliver a professional, courteous, and customer-oriented experience on every call.

Qualifications & Skills:

Excellent spoken English, strong communication and active listening skills.

Basic computer literacy; familiarity with CRM or scheduling software is a plus but not mandatory.

Strong organisational and time-management abilities.

Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Prior call centre or customer service experience preferred but not required.

Comfortable handling a high volume of calls with patience and professionalism.
