Requirements & Skills
Requirements:
. Excellent spoken English with a clear and professional tone
. Proven ability to manage outbound/inbound calls
. Strong sales, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
. Ability to achieve monthly sales targets in a fast-paced environment
. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools
. Prior call-centre or telesales experience (preferred)
