Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Deliver lectures and conduct practical sessions for medical students in ENT.
- Engage in clinical education and mentorship for students during their training at POF Hospital.
- Contribute to curriculum development and research initiatives within the department.
- Participate in faculty meetings and uphold the college’s academic standards.
- Support students through academic advising and career guidance.
