Overview

We are a UK-based mobile app studio looking for a Pakistan-based Social Media Manager to grow multiple TikTok and Instagram accounts for our kids’ math game, Nelly & Jerry.

You will run a small “content factory”: several themed accounts, each posting 3 short-form videos per day, focused on fun, education and convincing parents that Nelly & Jerry turns screen time into learning time.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage a 30-day content calendar across multiple TikTok/IG accounts.
Publish 3+ Reels/TikToks per day per account, using a mix of gameplay clips, trends, memes, POVs, and educational hooks.
Research and adapt current TikTok/Instagram trends to a kids’ math / parenting context.
Write strong hooks, captions and CTAs aimed at English-speaking parents (US/UK/CA/AU).
Coordinate with our team to source raw assets (gameplay videos, characters, voiceovers, reviews) and turn them into short-form content.
Systematically A/B test hooks, thumbnails, formats and posting times, then double down on what works.
Track and report weekly on views, followers, saves, shares, comments, profile visits and link clicks, with clear insights and next steps.
Work securely via VPN and follow our guidelines for handling accounts and logins.

Requirements & Skills

Requirements

2–4+ years experience managing TikTok/Instagram pages with real organic growth (please share examples).
Comfortable posting high volumes of content daily and staying organised across multiple accounts all whilst using a VPN.
Strong written English and understanding of Western parent audiences.
Confident with basic video editing tools (CapCut, InShot, etc.).
Reliable internet connection and comfortable working fully remote, Pakistan-based.
