Job Description
We are looking for a competent and responsible Account Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting day-to-day accounting operations.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Maintain and update financial records and ledgers
Prepare vouchers, invoices, and receipts
Assist in preparing monthly reports and statements
Manage cash handling and daily entries
Coordinate with internal departments for accounting data
Perform outdoor banking tasks, including deposits, withdrawals, cheque submission, and other related work
Support the accounts department in routine activities as assigned
Requirements & Skills
Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word)
Strong communication and record-keeping skills
Honest, responsible, and punctual
Preferably with experience in accounts or clerical roles
