Retail Officer - Resource Generation (CRD)

The Retail Officer – Resource Generation (CRD) will be responsible for:

1. introducing iFeel, its philanthropic projects and its education and health segment products to the small and medium sized business enterprises (SMEs), mostly comprising of retailers & wholesales, in Rawalpindi and Islamabad (twin-cities);
2. Ensure achievement of (a) donation targets; and (b) new donor onboarding targets, as set and agreed with the supervisor / HOD
3. maintain record (Retail master data) of visits, contact details of businessmen/establishments visited and responses (pledges / expressed intentions)
4. update performance tracking sheet for active monitoring by supervisor and HOD;
5. post visits, perform calling activity as well as repeat visits to follow-up on pledges or expressed intentions;
6. ensure timely collection of donations from repeat / recurring donors;
7. ensure timely sharing of receipts with donors;
8. facilitate the Marketing team in placement of donations boxes, marketing collaterals (flyers, posters, etc) in the business establishments onboarded;
9. set up kiosks in different markets and carry out public awareness campaigns about iFeel and its initiatives.
