Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via various channels
- Assist with marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns
- Manage customer accounts and provide product information
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance customer outreach
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Preferrence
- Chinese or Korean language speaker preferred
