Overview.

This is a commission-based role only, no experience required. As a Sales Specialist, you will work directly with business owners, investors, and buyers to facilitate the sale and purchase of small to medium-sized enterprises across various industries.

Key Responsibilities.

We will provide client leads and you you can generate your leads too.

Qualify and manage potential buyers and sellers ensuring confidentiality and trust.

Negotiate deal terms between buyers and sellers.

Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates throughout the sale process.

Update leads, deals, and communications through the company’s CRM system.

Compensation.

Commission Only: Earn 50% of the brokerage fee for each successfully closed business sale. High-income potential based on performance, no income cap. Full support from the company including CRM access, marketing materials, and ongoing training.

Requirements.
