About Monster Media Agency Ltd

Monster Media Agency Ltd is a UK-based Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising agency specialising in Digital AdVans, AI-powered Digital AdBikes and outdoor campaigns. We operate multiple WordPress websites for the UK and international markets and are building a small digital team in Islamabad/Rawalpindi to manage our websites, SEO and landing pages for the UK, Europe and USA.

Salary: PKR 200,000 – 280,000 per month (depending on experience)

Role Overview

This is a senior role (not junior).

You will:

- Revamp and manage 3–4+ WordPress websites
- Build high-converting landing pages for PPC and email campaigns
- Lead SEO for UK & USA around 20–30+ OOH-related keywords
- Implement and optimise content for SEO and Google’s new AI-powered search
- Set up and manage tracking and reporting (GA4, Tag Manager, pixels)
- Work directly with the UK founder and PPC manager
- Help build a small digital team in Islamabad/Rawalpindi over time

Key Responsibilities

- Audit and revamp existing WordPress sites (structure, UX, design, speed, mobile).
- Standardise themes, page builders and plugins across all sites.
- Build and optimise landing pages for:
- AdBike & AdVan campaigns (UK/USA)
- London Zone 1 AdBike network
- AdBike manufacturing & sales (Europe/USA)
- Lead on-page SEO:
- Keyword research for UK & US markets
- Optimise URLs, titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking
- Create and optimise service pages, location pages, FAQs, case studies and blogs.
- Use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) plus provided copy to produce SEO and AI-search friendly content.
- Set up and maintain:
- GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and other tracking scripts
- Conversion tracking for forms, calls and key actions
- Prepare simple monthly reports showing:
- Rankings, organic traffic, leads and recommended changes.
- Collaborate daily with the UK team (Zoom/Meet, Slack/WhatsApp) and help define processes for the Islamabad/Rawalpindi digital studio.

Required Skills & Experience

- 4+ years professional experience in WordPress development.
- Proven experience revamping complete websites, not just making small edits.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Themes and child themes
- Page builders (Elementor / Divi / Bricks or similar)
- Key plugins (SEO, cache, forms, security).
- Solid on-page SEO skills:
- Keyword research
- Titles/metas, headings, URL structure
- Internal linking and content structure.
- Experience building landing pages for PPC (Google Ads / Meta Ads) and improving conversions.
- Good understanding of speed optimisation and Core Web Vitals (caching, image optimisation, minification, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager (events, goals, basic reports).
- Good English communication skills (spoken and written) – you will work directly with a UK founder and team.

Nice to Have

- Experience in a digital marketing agency or B2B services.
- Experience with email marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp).
- Basic design skills (Canva/Figma/PowerPoint) for simple layouts and deck tweaks.

Working Arrangement

- Hybrid initially (remote + agreed days at coworking/office in Islamabad/Rawalpindi).
- Plan to move into a dedicated Monster Media Agency office in Islamabad/Rawalpindi as the team grows.
- Must be available during overlapping UK hours (for example, 1pm–9pm PKT).
