We are seeking a Night shift Vicidial / Linux Support Engineer with 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Richmond, supporting our operations in the accounting industry.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for Vicidial systems and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor Linux servers and perform regular maintenance and updates to ensure system stability.
- Collaborate with team members to implement system improvements and enhancements.
- Assist in the configuration and management of VoIP systems and telecommunications networks.
- Document and maintain support procedures and system configurations.

Requirements & Skills

- Proficient in Vicidial and Linux server management.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with VoIP technologies and cloud-based communications.
- Experience with scripting languages for automation (Bash, Python, etc.).
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with flexibility in night shifts.
