Denim600 is a growing fashion and lifestyle brand dedicated to providing trendy and high-quality denim wear in Pakistan. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Female Chat Support Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via live chat, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.

Provide order updates, resolve complaints, and ensure smooth communication.

Guide customers regarding product details, sizes, availability, and delivery timelines.

Maintain a positive, professional, and friendly brand image during all customer interactions.

Coordinate with internal teams (sales, dispatch, logistics) to resolve customer concerns.

Requirements

Minimum 6 year of experience in customer support (chat support preferred).

Strong communication skills in English & Urdu (both written and verbal).

Good typing speed with attention to detail.

Familiarity with Shopify, WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and Facebook will be a plus.

Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work under pressure.

Minimum Education: Intermediate/Graduate
