Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Supervise and mentor construction crews for optimal performance.
- Manage stakeholder communications and address issues as they arise.

- Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices, particularly in gray structures.
