Timings: Day Shift — Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

About the Role:
We are looking for a talented and creative Senior Social Media Executive with solid hands-on experience especially with YouTube to manage, grow, and optimize our social media presence across all major platforms. The ideal candidate should be proactive, trend-aware, and able to manage content end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow company social media pages (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content on all platforms
  • Optimize YouTube content: titles, thumbnails, SEO tags, descriptions, and audience engagement
  • Design social media posts using Canva or similar tools
  • Schedule posts and monitor performance
  • Track analytics to improve content strategy
  • Coordinate with the creative and marketing team for campaigns
  • Stay updated with new trends, tools, and platform algorithms

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–4 years of proven experience in social media management
  • Strong knowledge of YouTube channel management
  • Ability to create and edit short-form videos (bonus)
  • Must be familiar with analytics tools (Facebook Studio, YouTube Studio, etc.)
  • Strong sense of aesthetics, branding, and content trends
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently

Requirements & Skills

Key Skills Required – Senior Social Media Executive

  • Expert-level knowledge of social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Threads, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience in YouTube SEO, optimization, analytics, thumbnails & content strategy
  • Strong content planning & calendar management
  • Ability to create and execute social media strategies to increase reach, engagement, and conversions
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, Google Analytics, TikTok Insights, etc.)
  • Creative mindset with strong understanding of trends, reels/shorts formats, and audience behavior
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar tools)
  • Strong communication & copywriting abilities
  • Experience running social media paid ads (Facebook/Instagram Ads, YouTube Ads)
  • Community management skills — responding to comments, messages & building audience relationships
  • Sense of ownership, responsibility & task prioritization
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Team collaboration skills — working with designers, editors & management
  • Strong problem-solving & data-driven decision-making ability
