Job Description:
We are a leading digital marketing company based in Islamabad/Rawalpindi, specializing in the educational sector. We are currently seeking a passionate and creative Content Creator to join our dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities

1) Content Strategy & Planning

• Research trending topics, competitor content, and audience interests.
• Create a weekly/monthly content calendar.
• Align content with marketing goals (sales, awareness, engagement).

2) Content Creation

• Script, shoot, and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
• Design visually appealing graphics and thumbnails.
• Write catchy captions, hooks, and CTAs.
• Repurpose long-form content (e.g., webinars → clips, posts, carousels). 3) Publishing & Optimization
• Post content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).
• Optimize for reach - proper hashtags, timing, SEO, etc.
• Monitor analytics and adjust strategy based on performance.

Required Skills

• Video Creation
• Comfortable in front of camera or directing others.
• Strong editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).
• Basic lighting, framing, and audio setup knowledge.
• Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Understands layout, typography, and color psychology.
• Can write persuasive captions and hooks.
• Knows how to trigger emotion and engagement.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory)

• Basic understanding of paid ads or funnels.
• Experience in AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.).
• Knowledge of Pakistani digital audience behavior.
