Job Description:
We are a leading company in general contracting and industrial trading, located in Hail, specializing in accounting solutions. With a mission to drive innovation and excellence, we are seeking a Senior Procurement professional with 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts
- Analyze market trends and assess suppliers to ensure best pricing and quality
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and manage inventory effectively
- Monitor procurement performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement
Key Responsibilities:
Handle RFQs, inquiries and pricing for mechanical, electrical, industrial and oil & gas materials.
Source and communicate with local and international suppliers.
Prepare and evaluate technical & commercial offers.
Compare quotations, prepare pricing sheets and support tender submissions.
Work daily on ERP / accounting systems and MS Excel for data entry and reporting.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or related field.
2–6 years experience in procurement / pricing.
Strong knowledge of mechanical & electrical materials.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Zoho / QuickBooks or similar).
Good command of English (written & spoken).
