Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Consultant, located in Karachi Division. The Travel Consultant will handle client inquiries, plan and book travel arrangements, and manage reservations for individuals and groups. The role involves providing excellent customer service, offering guidance on travel options, and ensuring all travel plans meet clients' needs and budgets. Additionally, the Travel Consultant will coordinate with suppliers, maintain updated records, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the booking process.
Requirements & Skills
Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
Strong background in Customer Service and client handling
Expertise in managing Reservations and ticketing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organizational abilities and attention to detail
Familiarity with travel software or systems is an advantage
Prior experience in Hajj, Umrah, or international travel services is prefer
