Job Description

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a pivotal role in driving growth for our U.S.-based clients by generating qualified leads, building a pipeline, and setting the stage for high-value conversions. You’ll be on the frontlines of outreach — connecting with decision-makers, identifying opportunities, and booking meetings that close.

This isn’t your typical SDR role. You’ll be representing elite U.S. companies, earning in U.S. dollars (tax-free), and operating in a performance-first culture that rewards skill, discipline, and results. If you’re driven by competition, obsessed with hitting targets, and ready to take your sales career global, this is where you belong.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Conduct targeted outbound outreach through LinkedIn, email, and cold calling.
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through structured cadences and personalized messaging.
  • Research and segment prospects to ensure outreach is relevant and value-driven.
  • Build and manage a healthy top-of-funnel pipeline for the sales team.

2. Communication & Relationship Building

  • Represent clients with professionalism, credibility, and confidence on every call or email.
  • Engage prospects in meaningful conversations that uncover pain points and goals.
  • Position solutions effectively to generate interest and secure meetings for Account Executives.
  • Maintain high-quality CRM documentation for transparency and funnel visibility.

3. Pipeline Management & Reporting

  • Track and update lead progress through CRM and project management tools.
  • Coordinate with client teams to provide real-time insights on lead quality and engagement.
  • Report daily activity metrics and contribute to weekly strategy sessions for performance optimization.
  • Work closely with clients and internal managers to ensure full visibility across conversion stages.

4. Performance & Growth

  • Consistently meet or exceed KPIs, including outreach volume, qualified meetings, and pipeline contribution.
  • Adapt and improve outreach tactics based on feedback and data insights.
  • Demonstrate accountability, resilience, and a solutions-first mindset in every campaign.

Tools & Platforms

You’ll use industry-standard platforms such as:

CRM & Sales Engagement: HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist, or similar

Communication: Slack, Zoom, Loom

Project Management: ClickUp, Monday.com

Data & Research: Apollo, Crunchbase, Hunter.io, Google Workspace

Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 4+ years of experience in B2B sales or lead generation (U.S. or global markets preferred).
