Female Customer Support Representative (CSR)

Job Summary:
As a Female Customer Support Representative (CSR), you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer support to ensure our customers have the best possible experience with our services. Your role is crucial in maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to internet connectivity and services.
- Provide ISP service information to customers.
- Document and update customer records accurately in our software.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
- Listen client's complain and assigned to the technicians available to troubleshoot timely and professionally.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
Previous customer service experience, preferably in the ISP or telecommunications industry.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency with computer systems and basic technical troubleshooting.
