Research Publisher

Encoders is looking for an experienced Research Publisher who can join our dynamic Team. This is an on-site position and ideal for candidates with a strong track record of successfully publishing research papers in Scopus, WOS, ISI, SSCI, SCI, or SCIE-indexed journals. The ideal candidate should possess leadership qualities and hands-on experience in managing the entire publication process.

Responsibilities:

Take full ownership of the research publication process from writing, manuscript preparation, journal selection, submission, revision handling, to successful indexing.

Ensure all publications adhere to journal guidelines and maintain high ethical and academic standards.

Liaise with editorial boards, reviewers, and journals for smooth publication workflows.

Collaborate with sales and academic writing departments to ensure client requirements are fully met.

Provide mentoring and regular training to junior team members.

Maintain transparent publication practices and ensure timely delivery of results.

Report departmental progress and updates to the CEO on a weekly basis.

Requirements:

Proven experience in publishing research articles in indexed journals (Scopus, ISI, WOS, SSCI, SCI, SCIE).

Strong understanding of research ethics, formatting guidelines, and publication standards.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
