We are hiring a Sales Closer with strong call center experience and a proven record of converting leads into high-value sales. The ideal candidate will be confident on calls, skilled at building trust, and experienced in selling education or training programs to international clients.
You’ll be responsible for handling outbound calls, managing leads, and closing deals while maintaining excellent communication and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Make 80+ outbound calls per day to international leads
Close high-ticket sales (average order value $10k+)
Manage client follow-ups and handle objections effectively
Keep accurate records of all communications and sales activities
Report daily progress to the project manager
Work closely with the team to meet monthly sales goals
Requirements:
3+ years of call center or inside sales experience
Proven success in high-ticket closing (education/training preferred)
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Reliable internet connection for remote work
Ability to work in CET hours (8:30 AM to 2:30 PM CET / +4 PKT)
Contract & Payment Details:
Contract Type: Milestone-based via Upwork
Work Mode: Remote
Trial Period: 3–5 days (unpaid)
Compensation: $8/ per project base (negotiable based on experience)
Payment: Biweekly
