Sales Development Representative 3

Role: Sales Development Representative (Lead Generation & Lead Maturation)

Experience: 1–2 years in sales (Medical Billing/RCM experience preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and qualify leads through outbound cold calling

Present our RCM and billing services professionally to US-based clients

Maintain lead records in CRM and follow up effectively

Collaborate with the BD team to convert warm leads into active clients

Achieve weekly and monthly call/lead targets.

Excellent English communication and persuasion skills

Confidence in handling outbound US-based calls

Strong understanding of sales processes and objection handling

Ability to perform in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment

Basic Medical Billing / RCM knowledge is a plus

Proficiency in CRM and call-tracking tools
