Job Description

As an Education Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding students through every stage of their study abroad process from initial inquiry to successful enrollment. You’ll play a key role in counselling, lead follow-up, and closing enrollments, while representing Qobolak’s values of trust, knowledge, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students regarding study abroad options (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and Europe).

Conduct one-on-one consultations (in-person and online).

Assess student profiles and recommend suitable courses and universities.

Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and social media.

Maintain CRM records, ensure timely follow-ups, and convert inquiries into confirmed applications.

Assist students in documentation and visa application guidance.

Collaborate with admissions and marketing teams to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Stay updated on global education trends, admission intakes, and visa rules.

Requirements & Skills

Communication Skills – fluent spoken and written English & Urdu.

Student Counseling – guiding students on suitable universities, programs, and countries.

Lead Conversion – turning inquiries into confirmed admissions.

Admissions Process Knowledge – understanding documentation, SOPs, and application requirements.

Visa Guidance (Basic) – explaining student visa steps for countries like the UK, Australia, or Canada.

Presentation Skills – confidently explaining study options to students and parents.

Follow-up & Relationship Management – maintaining student engagement through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
