We are currently seeking motivated Sales Executives with 1 year of experience to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their marketing needs.
- Identify potential clients and generate new leads through various channels.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create tailored proposals and presentations.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and deadlines.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.

Requirements & Skills

Required Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in marketing and advertising.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts is a plus.
