Email Marketer

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Email Marketer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and optimize email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, retention, and conversion. This role involves strategy development, audience segmentation, content creation, and analyzing campaign performance to improve future email strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to align with business goals.

Develop compelling content and design engaging templates that resonate with target audiences.

Segment and manage email lists to personalize and tailor messaging.

Implement A/B testing to enhance email effectiveness and engagement rates.

Monitor email performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions) and create reports to share insights.

Collaborate with the content, design, and product teams to align email campaigns with brand voice and overall marketing strategy.

Stay updated on industry best practices, trends, and compliance regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in email marketing, preferably with experience in platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Strong copywriting and editing skills with attention to detail.

Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email formatting.

Experience in audience segmentation, automation, and personalization.

Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance metrics and generating actionable insights.

Basic understanding of data privacy and compliance requirements for email marketing.

Preferred Experience:

2+ years of experience in email marketing or a related role.

Background in eCommerce or B2B marketing is a plus.

Experience with analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, CRM systems).

Knowledge of email deliverability, engagement tactics, and user experience design.
