Job Description
Profit Systems (ProSys), an E-commerce and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company focused on optimization and business growth, is hiring an Outreach & Trade Relations Specialist to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and clients.
The role involves making outbound calls, sending professional cold and follow-up emails, developing outreach strategies, preparing company profiles and presentations, conducting business research, and maintaining organized CRM databases.
The specialist will handle supplier onboarding, account activations, trade inquiries, and lead virtual meetings with potential partners. The ideal candidate is fluent and confident in English, skilled in written and verbal communication, comfortable with calls and virtual meetings, and proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and related tools. Applicants should be organized, responsible, and self-driven, able to manage multiple accounts and work efficiently in a fast-paced international environment. Candidates currently enrolled in undergraduate studies, lacking English communication skills, or struggling with focus and structure are discouraged from applying.
A bachelor’s degree—preferably in English, Psychology, or Communication Studies—and prior experience in telesales, virtual assistance, BPO, or supplier negotiation are preferred. This is a full-time position requiring 8–9 working hours per day with evening or night shifts (5:00 PM–1:55 AM or 7:00 PM–3:55 AM, Pakistan Standard Time). The job can be performed remotely or in a hybrid setup.
