Key Responsibilities
Customer Support: Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and enthusiasm. Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer issues.
Sales Assistance: Support the sales team by qualifying leads, scheduling appointments, and preparing necessary documentation.
Communication: Conduct phone calls and participate in internal and external meetings.
Learning & Development: Actively participate in all training sessions and apply learned concepts to daily tasks.
Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback to relevant departments to help improve our products and services.
What We Are Looking For
Currently Matric or Intermediate pass student, maximum qualification enrolled as a university student in your 1st or 2nd semester. This is a part time position that you can do with your studies
A willingness and eagerness to learn both customer support and sales processes.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English to confidently conduct phone calls, lead meetings, and communicate clearly with customers and team members.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a high level of professionalism.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to dress and present yourself in proper business attire i.e. Coat and suit in formal corporate meetings
Important Points to Note
Not a remote job: This is not a remote work from home position. Candidates must be able to travel to office in Karachi at least once a week (better if more times)
Basic Salary + Commissions + Bonuses model: The basic salary offered for this role is PKR Rs. 5000 – Rs 7500 for 15-20 hours per month (where you are expected to work only 3 to 5 hours per week). However, candidates will have the opportunity to earn additionally unlimited commissions per sale and huge performance bonuses based on successful sales targets achievements.
