Inventory Supervisor

We’re Hiring — Inventory Supervisor (Cold Storage, Lahore)

Iceberg Cold Chain is looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Supervisor to manage day-to-day stock operations and support our upcoming shift from Excel-based tracking to a modern Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate inventory records in Excel and physical registers.

Cross-verify physical stock with system records on a weekly basis.

Oversee goods receiving, storage, and dispatch documentation.

Coordinate with floor teams for pallet movement and space utilization.

Identify and report discrepancies between physical and system stock.

Assist in implementing and migrating to WMS software.

Generate inventory and stock status reports for management.

Requirements:

Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data validation).

Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in inventory or warehouse supervision.

Willingness to learn and adapt to WMS/ERP systems.

Organized, detail-focused, and proactive in communication.

Education: Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
