Architect /BIM Manager

The Court Group of Companies is a leading builder and developer in Pakistan, renowned for our excellence in the construction industry. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Architect with a minimum of 10 – 15 years of experience, preferably specializing in high-rise building design.

Job Description:

The incumbent will be required to reinforce the BIM culture in our office and implement BIM technology to assist in the construction coordination process.
Focus on the planning, designing, and coordinating of architectural drawings, conducting site visits while collaborating with other construction professionals.
Review all architectural drawings for technical accuracy, design integrity, and compliance.
Provide corrective measures in case of discrepancies or deviations.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of materials and their application in the construction process, and effectively coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure smooth execution of the design.
Provide assistance in coordinating design revisions, updates, and documentation, ensuring that all team members and consultants are aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate closely with Structural, MEP, Interior, and Landscape teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
Minimum 10–15 years of architectural design.
Excellent knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, AutoCad and Adobe Suite.
Proven portfolio of completed high-rise, commercial, or industrial projects.
Proven experience in project management and coordinating with various consultants (architectural, structural, MEP) to align the design and resolve issues early in the process.
Good understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and detailing.
Knowledge of local authority bylaws and approval procedures.
