We are hiring Verification Officers to join our growing telemarketing operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for verifying customer details, confirming lead intent, and ensuring quality compliance before live transfer to our U.S. partners.

You’ll play a key role in maintaining lead quality, accuracy, and compliance with company standards and TCPA regulations.

Requirements & Skills

Verify and confirm customer information collected by sales or lead-generation agents.
Ensure that leads meet eligibility and compliance criteria (Legal / Insurance projects).
Conduct polite, professional verification calls with U.S. customers.
Update CRM and record verification outcomes accurately.
Follow call scripts and maintain communication quality standards.
Coordinate with floor managers and QA teams to improve lead accuracy and conversion rate.
Report daily verification summaries to team leads.
