Upwork Bidding Specialist

Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Upwork Bidding Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant projects, preparing compelling proposals, and securing new business opportunities for our company through Upwork and other freelancing platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Search, identify, and shortlist projects that align with our services.

Write customized, high-quality proposals tailored to client requirements.

Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients.

Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and share accurate project details with our technical team.

Achieve monthly targets for proposals sent and projects won.

Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and track progress on CRM/spreadsheets.

Requirements:

Proven experience in bidding on Upwork (or similar platforms).

Strong written communication and proposal-writing skills.

Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into effective pitches.

Basic understanding of IT/software services (preferred but not mandatory).

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Good time management and organizational skills.
