Job Description

The Sales Agent is responsible for generating and nurturing leads through chat-based interactions on various social media platforms. The role involves engaging potential customers, answering inquiries, and maintaining a positive brand image while strictly following company policies and discipline standards.

Communicate effectively with potential customers to identify needs and generate qualified leads.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and leads.
Work under the supervision and guidance of the Team Leader (TL) or Assistant Team Leader (ATL) to meet daily and monthly targets.
Ensure all communications and interactions adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Maintain discipline, punctuality, and a professional attitude during working hours.
Provide timely feedback and suggestions to the TL/ATL for process improvement.
Collaborate with the team to achieve collective sales goals.
