Synctom is a growing software development company that builds modern digital products across Web, Mobile, and AI. We’re looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to help us expand our client base in both local and international markets.

As a BDE at Synctom, you’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging potential clients, and managing communication from the first interaction to project closure. You’ll work closely with our technical team to understand project requirements and ensure smooth coordination between clients and developers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients through Upwork, LinkedIn, Email, and other platforms.
  • Write and send personalized proposals for web, mobile, and AI-based projects.
  • Manage client communication, follow-ups, and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to create accurate quotations and project scopes.
  • Maintain a lead pipeline, track progress, and prepare simple reports.

Requirements & Skills

  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or Upwork bidding (preferably in the IT/software industry).
  • Excellent English communication and writing skills.
  • Basic understanding of software services (web apps, mobile apps, AI/ML, etc.).
  • Strong negotiation and client-handling skills.
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and target-driven.
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or email outreach tools will be a plus.
