Sales Associate 5

Identify and reach out to potential carriers, owner-operators, and clients.

Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with trucking companies and drivers.

Collaborate with the dispatch team to ensure smooth load booking and client satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of client communications and sales activities.

Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

Previous experience in sales or truck dispatch (preferred but not mandatory).

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets, CRM tools, etc.).

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
