About CellPoint Pro

CellPoint Pro is an advanced Point of Sale (POS) and Inventory Management System designed for cellphone stores, smoke shops, and wholesale businesses. Our software helps retailers and wholesalers manage their sales, repairs, inventory, and reporting from one easy-to-use platform.

We’re expanding our team and are looking for a Sales & Support Representative based in Pakistan to help serve our global clients (mainly in the U.S.).

Job Description

The Sales & Support Representative will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, demonstrating software features, onboarding new clients, and providing technical assistance through chat, phone, and email.

You will play a key role in growing our customer base and ensuring clients have a smooth experience using CellPoint Pro.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Onboarding

Communicate with potential customers (via email, WhatsApp, and phone).

Present live product demos to retailers and wholesalers.

Convert leads into paying customers and maintain strong relationships.

Assist new clients with setup, activation, and initial training.

Customer Support

Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot software issues.

Provide guidance on POS operations, inventory management, and reporting.

Document issues and coordinate with the development team when needed.

Ensure quick response times and professional communication.

Other Tasks

Maintain client records in CRM.

Collect customer feedback and suggest feature improvements.

Support marketing or training activities when required.

Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Customer Support, Sales, or Software Training.

Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).

Good understanding of retail or wholesale operations (billing, stock, reports, etc.).

Comfortable working with international clients and flexible with U.S. time zones.

Tech-savvy with strong troubleshooting and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with POS systems, ERP software, or retail inventory tools.

Knowledge of cellphone, electronics, or accessories industry is a plus.

Familiar with CRM systems and support software (e.g., Freshdesk, HubSpot, Zoho).

Bilingual (English + Urdu) preferred.
