Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Retail Operations Manager to oversee and streamline the daily operations of our retail outlets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management — preferably within the pharma sector, though candidates from non-pharma retail with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Manage and supervise day-to-day retail operations across all outlets.

2) Lead, train, and motivate retail teams to meet performance and sales targets.

3) Oversee inventory management, stock control, and supply chain coordination.

4) Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

5) Collaborate with marketing and supply teams to execute retail campaigns and promotions.

6) Implement and maintain compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management & Pharmacy.

3+ years of experience in retail operations management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or FMCG/retail industry.

Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Proven ability to manage multi-location retail operations.
