We are looking for motivated and reliable **Chat Support Executives** to join our growing customer service team at **Shade Technology (Private) Limited**.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing online customer conversations through live chat. You’ll assist customers by answering their questions, resolving basic issues, and providing a positive service experience — all through written communication, with **no phone calls required**.

Both **freshers and experienced candidates** are welcome to apply. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer interaction and comfortable working in a fast-paced digital environment.

Applicants must have a **minimum education of Matric to Intermediate** and be willing to work in **night or rotational shifts** as required.

Requirements & Skills

**Required Skill Set**

* Good typing speed with accuracy in written communication.
* Basic understanding of online chat or customer service platforms.
* Ability to handle multiple chats and respond promptly.
* Must be punctual, disciplined, and team-oriented.
* Strong command of English and Urdu (written).
* Candidates with previous **chat or call center experience** will be preferred.

**Job Timing**

* **Shift:** Night Shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
* **Days:** Monday to Saturday
* **Location:** Block 1, Nazimabad, Karachi
* **Employment Type:** Full-time | Contract | On-site
