HVAC Technician/Supervisor - FMCG 50

The HVAC Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems within the FMCG plant to ensure optimal temperature control and energy efficiency. The role involves supervising the HVAC team, monitoring system performance, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate HVAC maintenance and repair activities.

Monitor system performance and ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed.

Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems.

Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental standards.

Maintain records of maintenance and equipment performance.

Coordinate with production and engineering teams for smooth operations.

DAE in Mechanical or HVAC Technology.

3 years of supervisory experience in an industrial or FMCG setup.

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, chillers, AHUs, and refrigeration units.

Good communication and team management skills.
