Apex Engineers (Pvt) Ltd, a leading firm in the Environmental Services industry, is dedicated to Poject Management and Environmental (HSE) across Pakistan. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Assistant to support our CEO in managing daily operations and strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
- Coordinate communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Assist in project management and track progress on key initiatives.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Conduct research and manage special projects as assigned.
Requirements & Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the environmental services industry is a plus.
