Job Description
Respond to inquiries from parents/students via WhatsApp, phone, email, or social media.
Handle onboarding of new students (collect information, schedule demo classes, assign teachers).
Maintain records of students, teachers, and class schedules.
Provide ongoing support to parents regarding class timing, teacher availability, or issues.
Coordinate between students and teachers for smooth communication and scheduling.
Follow up with leads, send reminders for demo classes, and encourage conversions.
Handle basic administrative tasks like attendance records, payments, and feedback forms.
Maintain a polite, professional, and problem-solving attitude in all communications.
Requirements & Skills
English Communication
Strong spoken and written English.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with international clients.
Confident in handling calls, messages, and emails.
Computer Usage
Comfortable using a computer/laptop for daily tasks.
Familiar with tools like:
WhatsApp Web
Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel
Google Docs / Microsoft Word
Zoom / Skype / Google Meet
Ability to maintain digital records and follow up with leads online.
