Procurement Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Shift Procurement Executive to join our team. This role involves managing procurement activities during nighttime hours, ensuring timely and efficient purchasing and delivery of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with suppliers, negotiate prices, and place orders. Manage delivieries and update the customer and Sales management software.
Maintain accurate records of purchases and supplier information.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
Collaborate with various departments to streamline procurement processes.
Resolve any issues related to orders, deliveries, or quality concerns.
Qualifications:

Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
Strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement software.
Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Working Hours:

Night shift hours - 5PM - 2AM
