We are a rapidly growing security and fire safety brand seeking a skilled, reliable, and honest Technician to join our field team. You'll be the face of our brand, ensuring our clients' systems are installed and maintained to the highest safety standards.
Key Responsibilities (What You'll Do):
Install & Configure all types of CCTV (IP/Analogue), Fire Alarm (Conventional/Addressable), and Access Control Systems.
Diagnose & Repair faults in complex security and fire equipment, minimising client downtime.
Conduct Routine Maintenance and testing to ensure compliance with local safety codes and standards.
Provide Excellent Customer Service by clearly explaining system functionality and addressing client queries on-site.
Document all installation and service work accurately and completely.
What We're Looking For (Required Qualifications):
Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of hands-on experience in the installation and maintenance of CCTV and Fire Alarm Systems.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of low-voltage wiring, networking (IP CCTV), and electronic circuit troubleshooting.
Education: Relevant vocational certification (e.g., DAE in Electronics/Electrical) or equivalent field experience is required.
Reliability: Must be a Karachi resident and ideally possess your own motorcycle for quick service response (fuel provided).
Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and a professional, trustworthy demeanour when interacting with commercial clients.
