Job Description

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a Senior B2B Sales Executive with proven experience in selling IT services and digital solutions to international clients (US, UK, Canada, Gulf, etc.). The ideal candidate is a strategic closer - not just an outreach sender - who knows how to find, pitch, negotiate, and close tech service deals independently.

You’ll be responsible for generating and converting leads through LinkedIn, cold outreach, email sequences, or through your own stratigies. You will be given realistic sales targets that you are expected to achieve.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to acquire international clients for our tech and digital services.
  • Handle end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting → qualifying → pitching → negotiating → closing.
  • You’ll have access to tools and automations to reach prospects - and the freedom to use your own outbound methods as well.
  • Collaborate with the founder to design sales systems, processes, and scalable playbooks.
  • Understand clients’ pain points and position our tech services as tailored business solutions.
  • Conduct discovery calls and product/service demos with confidence.
  • Write persuasive proposals and follow up professionally to maximize conversion rates.
  • Meet and exceed monthly targets.
  • Share insights and train future junior sales reps in your proven methods.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in B2B service sales (IT, digital marketing, web/app development, or tech consulting).
  • Strong understanding of international B2B markets (especially US, UK, Canada, Middle East).
  • Demonstrated success in closing custom service-based projects, not product subscriptions.
  • Excellent command of English (spoken + written).
  • Solid knowledge of sales pipelines, negotiation, objection handling, and proposal writing.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, email automation tools, and CRM systems.
  • Data-driven and result-oriented mindset.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and confident in working with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a software house, digital agency, or IT outsourcing firm.
  • Understanding of tech services such as web/app development, AI automation, digital marketing, SaaS solutions, etc.
  • Ability to mentor and lead junior sales staff later.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary + Commission (performance-based structure)
